Failure to comply with any of the above policies shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and may result in strict disciplinary action, including but not limited to suspension or termination of membership. Depending on the severity of the violation, such breach may also give rise to legal and/or criminal proceedings under the applicable laws of the land, without prejudice to the rights of NETWORKERS to pursue appropriate remedies.

Attendance: The member is expected to attend at least Twenty-Eight (28) out of Thirty-Six (36) in-person meetings each year. A substitute is allowed to represent the member as an exception. Members shall not stereotype individuals in any form, and shall maintain a respectful and inclusive environment at all times. Members shall seek prior approval from the Leadership Committee to create Any WhatsApp or similar messaging groups other than the ones already created by the NETWORKERS regional office. Business Category Clarification: NETWORKERS allows members to represent only one business category in a chapter at a time. A category change may be considered if a member has genuinely changed or closed their existing business and wishes to represent a new category that is not already occupied in the chapter. The member must submit a formal request to the Leadership Team, and the category change will be subject to review and approval by the Chapter Leadership Team and/or Director Consultant. Until approval is granted, the member must continue representing their existing category. Supporting documents for the new business may be required. A category change does not extend the membership tenure, and the decision of the Leadership Team, in accordance with NETWORKERS guidelines, will be final and binding.

Grievances and concerns: The Member shall raise grievances professionally and exclusively through the designated leadership channels. Public complaints, disruptions, or any attempt to undermine meetings or the reputation of the Group shall not be entertained and shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. The Member agrees that all disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to membership shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the state in which the group is located, and in line with applicable rules of law. The decision of the arbitration shall be final and binding on all parties.

Limitation of Liability: The liability of NETWORKERS, its franchisees, officers, directors, employees, or representatives shall be limited at all times to the amount of the annual membership fee paid by the Member under this Agreement. In no event shall NETWORKERS or its representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or opportunities, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise. Any legal action, claim, or proceeding brought by the Member in connection with this Agreement or membership must be commenced within six months from the date the cause of action accrues, failing which the Member shall be deemed to have waived all rights to pursue such action.
